My approach to therapy is holistic; incorporating mind, body, spirit, community, and relationships to others.  I utilize different treatment modalities such as cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness,  parts work, and EMDR to address the unique needs of those I work with.  I work with individuals to identify the patterns that no longer serve them in order to create more authentic and joyful lives.  Typical issues addressed in therapy are: Anxiety, Depression, Life Transitions, Relationship Issues, Mood Disorders, Stress Management, Parenting, Gender Identity and Sexual Orientation, Body Image Issues, Self-Esteem, Anger or Behavioral Issues, PTSD, and Personal Growth.
