EMDR THERAPY

If you are a human being on this planet it's very likely that you have experienced something traumatic in your lifetime.   It may be big "T" trauma, like a catastrophic event or abuse,  or little "t" trauma, like a non-life threatening injury or emotional hurt.  Trauma affects our nervous system and can stay present in our bodies, minds, and behavioral patterns long after the event has happened.  Our brains have an adaptive network processing system that seeks healing.  Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, EMDR, is a scientifically proven powerful tool to help you heal and resolve trauma that will have lasting change.  EMDR is also utilized to treat many other mental health and substance related disorders.  Read more about EMDR at www.emdria.org
